We have gathered the most frequently asked questions from our guests so that you can plan your stay with peace of mind. If you do not find the information you are looking for, our reception team is available 24 hours to personally assist you.
At what time is check-in and check-out?
The check-in time is from 15:00 and the check-out time is until 12:00. Please check with reception for the possibility of a late check-out subject to availability.
Where can I park the car?
The street Juan Bravo is pedestrianized and it is not possible to access the hotel door with a vehicle. We offer a valet parking service that facilitates arrival and departure. To access the loading and unloading zone, set your GPS to C/ Herrería 22. Upon arrival, please provide us with your license plate at reception.
Does the hotel have a restaurant?
Yes, we have the Sirenas Grill Restaurant, which offers home-cooked meals with a daily menu. We offer a daily buffet breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30 with a cost of 11 € for adults and 7.50 € for children. The hotel also has a snack bar and vending machines available 24 hours a day.
Are pets allowed?
We are sorry, at the Real Segovia Hotel we do not allow pets.
What additional services does the hotel offer?
We offer free WiFi connection in all facilities, 24-hour reception, laundry service, luggage storage, and gym. During the summer season, we have an agreement with the Casino de la Unión sports center in Hontanares de Eresma for the use of its pools and sports facilities.
Is there an airport shuttle service available?
Yes, we offer airport transfer service at a cost of 150 € per vehicle (one way). To arrange it, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance.
Does the hotel have a panoramic terrace?
Yes, our panoramic terrace on the top floor offers spectacular views of Segovia, including the Cathedral and the Aqueduct. A privileged place to enjoy the city's sunsets.
What tourist attractions are near the hotel?
The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, just 4 minutes from the Aqueduct, 4 minutes from the Cathedral, 7 minutes from the Alcázar and 1 minute from the Esteban Vicente Contemporary Art Museum. The location on Juan Bravo street allows access to all the monuments on foot.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes, the hotel has access for people with reduced mobility and an elevator.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of rate booked. We have refundable rates that allow cancellation at no cost up to a few days before arrival. We recommend checking the specific conditions at the time of making your reservation.
