We have compiled the most frequently asked questions from our guests so that you can plan your stay with ease. If you cannot find the information you are looking for, our reception team is available 24 hours a day to assist you personally.
At what time is check-in and check-out?
The check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:30. There is the possibility of a late check-out until 18:00 subject to availability, with an additional cost of 30 €.
Where can I park the car?
The building is located on a pedestrian street. It has a loading and unloading area 50 meters away from the apartments, with GPS address C/ Herrería 22 . We offer valet parking service or an agreement with the public parking Acueducto Oriental, a 15-minute walk away, with a price of 18€/night.
Do the apartments have a kitchen?
Yes, all apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed with a supplement of 15 € per night.
What additional services do the apartments offer?
We offer 24-hour reception, free WiFi throughout the building, panoramic terrace, laundry service, luggage storage, bike rental, and gym. In the summer, we have an agreement with the Casino de la Unión sports complex in Hontanares de Eresma with swimming pools and tennis courts.
Is there an airport shuttle service available?
Yes, we offer airport shuttle service. Please inquire at the front desk for more information and to make a reservation.
What is the location of the apartments?
The Real Segovia Apartments are located on Juan Bravo Street, 350 meters from Plaza Mayor and 850 meters from the walls of Segovia, very close to the Aqueduct, the Alcazar and the Lozoya Tower.
Do you have a terrace with views?
Yes, the apartments have a rooftop panoramic terrace with privileged views of the city of Segovia.
